JOINT VENTURE OF NIPPON STEEL & SUMIKIN BUSSAN CORPORATTON [NSSB], JAPAN AND McDONALD STEEL BUILDING PRODUCTS LIMITED, BANGLADESH

A new Joint Venture Company named as “Nippon & McDonald Steel lndustries Limited [NMSIL]’ has been formed under the agreement between McDonald Steel Building Products Limited [MSBPL] of Bangladesh and Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Corporation [NSSB], Japan.

MSBPL is the pioneer in pre-engineered steel building construction in Bangladesh, experienced in Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings for more than two[2] decades and established its own production facility in 1998. On the other hand, NSSB is the core trading company of the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation Group, one of the world leading steel manufacturers.

NMSIL, the Joint Venture Company, is formed to operate a processing centre of FIat Products for manufacturing of processed ‘Flat Products’ and to carry out the business of Trading, Export, lmport, Supply of processed products, raw materials and related merchandise of world leading manufacturing company, in the region and beyond.

This partnership allows both the companies to build on each other’s strength in line of related business.
